CODE OF ETHICS
Mohammedan Sporting Club (UK) is “more than a Club”, which means being a reference entity in every sense, not only achieving sporting excellence but also acting with integrity and respecting laws, rules, and ethical principles at all times. For this reason, the Club has established a Code of Ethics that reflects our expectations regarding the behaviours that should preside over any activity in which we participate.
Integrity, responsibility, transparency, respect, effort, teamwork, ambition, humility, sustainability, and diversity are the ethical values that constitute our hallmark and are consequently established and developed in our Code of Ethics.
Our values serve as a reference for all Club personnel as well as for those individuals or entities with whom we routinely interact. Therefore, the Mohammedan Sporting Club’s Code of Ethics shows the Club’s commitment to compliance with applicable law and the highest ethical standards, with the aim of continuing to maintain the trust and respect of our members, followers, customers, suppliers, and institutions.
CHILD SAFEGUARDING SYSTEM
Our child safeguarding system is a reflection of Mohammedan Sporting Club’s commitment to respecting the rights of children and young people and creating a fairer and more protective society. The system contains the following protective measures:
– We have a Child Safeguarding Policy that applies to all the environments where we work.
– We have defined the Safeguarding Roles and Responsibilities of each person in our activities and at our facilities.
– We have a Code of Conduct for professionals and other persons who have contact with children and young people.
